  • Find your products. For product information, click on any product name to get to a specific product detail page.


  • Add the product to your shopping bag. Select your product and quantity and then click the "Add to Bag" icon. A window will appear confirming that the product has been added to your bag. You can then continue shopping and browsing the site. To view the contents of your shopping bag, click on "View my bag." 


  • View your shopping basket. Simply click the "shopping basket" icon at the top right of any page. Here, you can update quantities and add or delete items.


  • Place your order. Fill in your preferred delivery address, your payment method. Then, simply click the “Submit Order” button after reading our Terms and Conditions. After your order has been submitted, a "Thank You" page will be displayed, confirming your order.  An email confirming receipt of your order will be sent to you.   • Orders are processed and shipped on business days only (Monday through Friday, excluding Holidays)


  • Orders placed on Holidays or Weekend Days will be processed the following business day


  • Orders with Standard Service are processed within 1 - 2 business days


  • Orders with Overnight or Second Day Service will be processed the same business day if the order is placed by 3:00 PM EST

  • Order Cancellations

       If you would like to cancel an online order after it has been placed, please contact us by phone at            016 872 7733 or email us within one hour of placement. We will do our best to accommodate your          request. Once an order is processing, we regret that it cannot be changed or cancelled.


      Occasionally, orders or parts of an order are cancelled for various reasons. Some reasons are:

  • Item(s) are not available

  • Difficulty in processing payment information.

  • Cannot ship to the address provided

  • A duplicate order was placed

  • By customer request

  • Find a Missing Package

    If the tracking information for your package confirms delivery and you cannot locate the delivered package:

  • Check with neighbors and family members

  • Check with the local delivery office for the contact who received your package

  • Check for notice of attempted delivery

  • Returns & Exchanges

    We always want to ensure your complete satisfaction when shopping on

    We do accept the returns of unused items purchased on website. We cannot accept an item that has been opened, unless the product is damaged or defective. In case of a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact our customer service center at 016 872 7733 or email us directly. 


    • Item(s) must be returned to us, within 14 days of the ship date. Products must be unopened and in   original packaging, with all accessories and inserts.


    • Packages must be returned prepaid. We are unable to accept C.O.D. deliveries. 


    • Refunds are made to the original form of payment.
